Family: Lives with both parents and an older brother and extended family.
Education: Her father has some elementary school, her mother is illiterate. Her brother is in junior high school. Kusnul has just finished 1st grade.
Living Conditions/Situation: They live in a house which they inherited in an overcrowded area. The parents are recovering from past illnesses.
Economic Situation: Her father works as a scavenger collects and sells recyclable goods. The mother helps the father and also sells fruit.
Additional Comments: Kusnul is a happy friendly girl. She enjoys school and enjoys playing dolls with her friends.
