Fabricio Tambo

Fabricio is a 1 year old boy who had a congenital heart condition necessitating open heart surgery. Fabricio's father and mother live in El Alto and are respectively, 31 and 29. His father, Leonardo makes 600 Bolivianos a month, or about $80. His mother has been unable to work because of the care that Fabricio has required.
